Steps:
Go to the Search Bar
Type the required metrics and dimensions
Select Table Chart from the suggested chart types

Downloading Table Data
Once the table is created, you can export the data using built-in options:
CSV – for raw data sharing
Excel – for offline analysis
Print – for reports and reviews
These options ensure data can be shared beyond the INSIA platform.
Formatting Table Charts
INSIA allows you to format table columns to highlight key values.
Steps:
Right-click on the table
Select Format
Choose the column to format
Apply conditions such as:
Less than
Greater than
Equal to
Between / Not between
Customize font size and color (solid or gradient)
Save the formatting
This helps decision-makers quickly spot trends and exceptions.
Creating a Pivot Table
Pivot tables can be created instantly from the same table.
Steps:
Use the Search Bar to add required metrics and dimensions
Enable the Pivot Table toggle
Drag and drop fields into Rows and Values
