To share a data story, simply follow the steps given below:
Click the 'share' icon on the top-right corner.
Fill in the e-mail ID of the user with whom you wish to share the data story.
Define the manner in which you want the user to interact with the shared data story, i.e. to Read or Write. (The 'Read' option will only let the other person view the document while the 'Write' option will enable them to edit the data story)
Click on ”Add”. Tada! You've successfully shared your data story with others.
